Customers appreciate the restaurant’s ample choices and the quality of dishes that rival non-vegetarian establishments. The cafe is noted for its cozy yet bustling atmosphere, especially during peak hours, and offers convenient self-service buffet options alongside à la carte meals. While pricing tends to be on the higher side, many find the experience and food quality justify the cost. Additionally, the availability of homemade desserts and a range of hot and cold beverages adds to the overall positive dining experience.
My first visit here and all the food are so tasty, especially the vadai, soft & crispy! There are a lot of variation on the gravies and all taste so nice. Although it’s a pure vege restaurant but the taste of the food is no difference with other restaurant. The price is on the high side but still worth it. For sure will revisit again.
Breakfast at Muguntha Kitchen & Cafe – A Vegetarian's Delight in Seremban Had a lovely breakfast at Muguntha Kitchen & Cafe in Seremban. As a vegetarian, I always feel lucky when I find a place that offers not just one or two options, but a full variety of dishes – and this spot really delivers. The menu has expanded with so many choices, it’s easy and stress-free to enjoy a hearty, satisfying meal. Whether you're into traditional South Indian breakfast or something lighter, there’s something comforting about starting the day here(refer to photos). Friendly staff, clean setting, and a warm atmosphere make this place worth coming back to again and again.
In a land famously known as Siew pau land (Seremban), there are other hidden gems you could discover. One such hidden gem is Muguntha Kitchen and Cafe. Don’t let its humble looking appearance fool you, as this restaurant packs lots of surprises. It has yummylicious shockalingam slurpylicious thosai and vadai that can be dipped in succulent sauces. Not only that, it’s bru coffee is ooh la la. Even the roti canai and other dishes are mouth watering. Definitely a place worth patronizing and experiencing dining with some finesse.
Situated at the heart of the city, along a busy street, this place was fairly busy & crowded during the lunch hour on a public holiday weekend. Exclusively vegetarian buffet lunch was available & it was self-service. Papadam was served at the table on request. Hot & cold beverage available. They had their home made kulfi for dessert which was delicious. Payment can be made by cash or e-wallet. Parking may be a challenge.
The poori is bigger than my face, very soft, not too oily, still hot when served. The dhal was a bit watery but the aloo masala was great to pair with poori. The masala tea not too sweat and not too thick. The vadai super nice, crispy and soft.
Wednesday lunch Food Not bad Request tea served later (after we finished rice) Staff maybe didn't understand English , tea served when we eating Quite stuffy... Dun know Aircon not cool or didn't switch on
